Wu Yi Rock Tea grows along the steep Danxia cliffs of Wuyi—a landscape shaped by red sandstone that has weathered over millions of years into mineral-rich crevices and fragmented soil. Moss and lichen blanket the rocks, holding moisture and forming the cool, shaded microclimates that define this ancient terrain.
Here, we follow traditional ecological farming, using no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or growth stimulants. The tea plants grow slowly and naturally, drawing strength from the mountain itself. During harvest, Bai Ruixiang leaves reveal their origin: thick, resilient, dark green, with fine silver down beneath and short, sturdy, purplish stems. When picked, they release a sharp, fresh mountain fragrance—crisp and cool, carrying the clarity of high elevation.
This pristine environment shapes the tea’s signature character:
orchid-like aromatics, warm caramel depth, and a refined roasted finish—the quiet intensity of Wuyi’s rocky breath in every cup.
