What to Expect

Each tea has been selected at origin and reflects the landscape, season and craft of its place.

• A fresh and vibrant high mountain spring green tea
• A deeply mineral tea from the rocky mountains of Wuyi
• A floral tea shaped by orchards and mist
• A final tea revealed only at the table

Together, they offer four distinct expressions of origin.

The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of seasonal refreshments and small bites.
