If a package arrives damaged, please take pictures of it before opening. If the items inside the shipping package appear to be damaged, please take pictures of the damaged goods inside of the shipped package. Email these pictures, along with your name and order number, to info@eastteapavilion.com, and we are happy work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
