Flying Bird Glass Gong Dao Bei – 300 ml

The Flying Bird Glass Gong Dao Bei brings together traditional Chinese tea culture and thoughtful contemporary design.

Its distinctive silhouette takes inspiration from a bird in flight. The gently recessed curve near the rim is both a defining design feature and a natural place for the fingers to rest, offering a comfortable, secure grip while reducing direct contact with the warm glass.

Handcrafted from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, its rounded body and delicately shaped spout allow for a smooth, controlled pour. The transparent glass reveals the natural colours and clarity of the tea within.

In Gongfu tea preparation, the Gong Dao Bei (fairness pitcher) receives tea from a gaiwan or teapot, allowing the colour and clarity of each infusion to be appreciated before it is shared among individual cups.
